Wishing Farewell to ESPN’s Steve Carter

Recently Steve Carter has retired after 40 years at ESPN/Disney as one of Espn’s Sr Tech managers and eventually Sr Manager of Field Operations. ID first started working with Steve in 2001 with Sunday Night Football, and continued the relationship with him when ESPN took over Monday night Football in 2006.  For the last 18 years ID has cherished its relationship with both Steve and Espn, as well as all on the MNF team.

 Steve has also been a big part of ID’s success in the Broadcast Power industry, supporting our efforts with building the correct gear to support such an important show year after year. We are proud to have shared 21yrs on the NFL Draft with Steve as the power provider and offer our applause for the massive achievement of winning the 2023 Sports Emmy Award for Outstanding Technical Team Studio.

We wish the best for Steve and congratulate him on a successful career in the Sports Broadcast Industry!
